What can be done to get around the 100 contacts/emails in sandbox… I don’t want to test our automations in our account because it messes up the reporting. Yes, I know I can set the report to a certain date, but usually most of our testing is done right before we go live… so this doesn’t really work for us. It just seems like for an advanced platform, it would include a mirrored and more robust testing environment. What have others done to solve this issue?
You sign up for free trial accounts to use as a test environment each time? Your complaint makes no sense. Just because AC is an ‘advanced platform’ does not mean you get two separate databases. Your testing should not be rushed into and can be designed so it is not impacting your metrics in a paid account. Use naming conventions and remove the test records before you rush into moving to ‘live’.
