Round robin functionality?

Is there round robin functionality in Active campaign?

In infusionsoft deals can be distributed using robin robins where each user could same amount of the leads or the admin could define each sales persons’ rate.

Yes, there is round robin functionality.

You can select round robin when you use a “Create deal” action in an automation workflow.

You can also select round robin in the pipeline settings:

Do you also know what “distributed based on value” stands for?

Yes, 1 deal per user.

Distributed based on value will route deals to different users based on the value of the deal on the deal record.

I didn’t get the “distributed one” . Does the system to route deals so everyone has similar potential earnings?

Yes, exactly.

So if there were three people on the sales team and a $10,000 deal comes in it’s assigned to Salesperson #1. When a $5,000 deal comes in it’s assigned to Salesperson #2. When another $5,000 deal comes in it’s assigned to Salesperson #3. When another $5,000 deal comes in it’s assigned to Salesperson # 2, and so on.

So, it’s just trying to keep everyone’s deal values as close to the same total as possible.

Just curious about this functionality. I understand even lead distribution for inbound leads. I’m looking to round robin an email automation based on deals, not dollar amount. I’m also looking to use AC as my primary CRM.

Something I’m concerned about however…let’s say on my lead magnet they come inbound and get distributed evenly. What happens if I have top gun sales person that brings in their own business at 3x the other sales reps? Will the round robin distribute between the other reps and not the top rep until there are an even amount of deals?
