Request for Review After Purchase

Hi, is it possible to create an automation to request the specific review of the product purchased by the user in an e-commerce?

I’ve seen that Activecampaing has generic automation so to speak ( Request for Review After Purchase | ActiveCampaign Marketplace ), which simply takes you back to a button. I would like to refer to the product the customer bought.

I use Prestashop.

Hi there @ngsrl!

I just spoke to our Marketplace Manager, and he recommends that you build this automation by setting the trigger to be segmented to “last product purchased” for each of your products.
