I believe that I have created some duplicates as I perfected my deal/stage automations, such that some contacts now have 2 deals in different stages, vs. having moved along from one stage to the next. Does anyone know how I can report out on what I’ve got so that I can easily do a comparison and check for dupes? Ideally, I could export my pipeline by stage into Excel and look for dupes. Thanks in advance for any pointers!

Go to lists
Select a list
Select Segments
Create a new segment
Name Your Segment something like “Duplicate Deals”
Select all lists
Select Condition Has a total number of open deals Greater Than 1
Select Save
Select View Contacts
The list should be of only contacts that have more than one deal.
Click on a contact name and you should be able to see that the contact has more than one deal.
