It would be very nice if we could remove a contact from a list without them showing as unsubscribed. Unsubscribed should be reserved to show contacts that have opted out of receiving emails. Am I missing something here? I know if we can hover over the unsubscribed list to see how they were unsubscribed, but if you choose the drop down for status on all lists, it pulls the contact up as unsubscribed even if they are still on other lists.
Hey! That is correct, it will only show as unsubscribed. Great idea, if you can submit an idea at ideas.activecampaign.com our Engineers can look potentially having a different status for those removed.
