When a customer replies to an automated email, Re: comes in the subject line. With every reply back and for and additional Re: gets added, ie Re: Re: Re: after 3 replies. Is there a way to not add Re: in the subject line? Thank you

I spoke to our technical team to see if there are any workarounds we can help you implement from our end to address this - unfortunately, we do not have a way to prevent that prefix from being added to subject lines. You may want to try reaching out to your email provider directly to see if they can help you update this, but depending on the provider that may not be possible.
