I need some help. I’ve create an automation for customers who did not reply to our last emails. The automation includes send a last email asking the person if he/she want to keep receiving our offers or not. It works perfectly because it allowed me to have a clean list of prospects.
But, there were some people who replied to that email saying that they want to receive our emails. However, after thy replied, the automation tag remains in their contact information and I don’t see a way to remove it manually.
Any thoughts about it?

Hey Claudio! Sorry we missed this when it was originally published, but in the spirit of providing insight on this question, I’ll be happy to take a look!
When it comes to removing an automation from a contact single contact, you’ll first have to locate their profile. Once there, scroll down to the automations section and locate the one that you want to remove and click on it. You’ll see a pop-up open, and you’ll simply have to click over “end”. It will look like this: HERE.
You’ll notice that the automation name will remain within the contact, but they will no longer be active in it once the process is complete. I will also attach our article in regards for you to have as reference. To check it out, please click HERE.
