I have a question for you.
I am on plus plan an have 5 user seats.
I would like to buy another seat for a new employee.
I am paying my subscription once a year - annually and would like to know what happened if I decrease a number of seats if I will not be satisfied with my new employee?
Will I get the monney back that I have paid for additional seat if I decrease a number of seats from 6 to 5 for example?

Answering your question - you can adjust the number of user seats now, and the new annual rate will apply from the next billing cycle (which is the end of June for you). So now you can enroll your new employee and have prorated payments for that extra seat, and you will have a few months to decide if you want to keep things as they are.
Just please be aware, you need to request a downgrade before your billing day, because we will not be able to refund the difference for the extra seat if it’s not cancelled before the annual charge. Let me know if it clarifies the situation for you, and hope everything works out for the best
