Recipient replies

I don’t know why my recipients replies get to my email client instead of AC. I would like to know if there’s a setting to change to receive the replies of my customers right in AC instead of my email client.

Hey Omar! Sorry we missed this when it was originally published, but in the spirit of providing insight on this question, I’ll be happy to take a look!

You can totally update your reply-to email address within your campaign’s summary page. Here is how:

  1. Access your campaign.
  2. Locate the “From email” option and uncheck the box at the bottom that says “Use this email as my reply-to address”
  3. A new field will appear, then type your desired reply-to email.
