This may seem a silly question, but is there a way to quickly review the last 5 or 6 campaign emails I’ve sent out, without having to dig through my email inbox for the test copies?

Not a silly question, but yes there is a way to see the campaigns you sent.
Go to Campaigns and then select “Archive” from the submenu:
You can then choose the list you want to see the emails for to the right of the sub-menu, with a list of all your emails in the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
