Questions about CRM connected email

Hi everyone, my client is considering the AC CRM, and had some questions about the connected emails feature that I don’t have enough expertise to answer - hoping you can help!

  • Can one user connect multiple email accounts?
  • I see the options for visibility of connected email accounts is: only the user whose email is connected, or, everyone. Is there any middle ground here - i.e. a team of 5 people can all see the emails sent by the people in their team, but not by other teams?

Hey Jacob :raised_hands: You probably figured it out, but just to make sure - for now, there isn’t a built-in option to restrict visibility to a specific team without allowing access to others.

As a possible another solution - you can manage permissions by creating user groups. While this doesn’t directly solve the email visibility issue, it can help to segment users and give specific permissions for areas of your account. Hope it could be helpful in some way!
