This playbook should guide our sales team through a series of standardized questions and ensure these questions are answered before advancing a lead through the sales funnel.
Objectives:
- Standardization: Ensure our sales team consistently asks the right qualifying questions.
- Documentation: Have these questions and answers documented within the contact or deal record.
