Qualifying Questions on Contact Level

I am seeking a solution to implement a qualifying playbook at the contact or deal level within our CRM, similar to the “Playbooks” feature in HubSpot. This playbook should guide our sales team through a series of standardized questions and ensure these questions are answered before advancing a lead through the sales funnel.

Objectives:

  1. Standardization: Ensure our sales team consistently asks the right qualifying questions.
  2. Documentation: Have these questions and answers documented within the contact or deal record.
  3. Efficiency: Streamline the qualification process to improve lead management and conversion rates.

So my questions are:

  • Are there any integrations available that can provide this functionality?
  • Would using custom objects within our CRM be a viable option to achieve this?

Hey @intelliworx, we do not have anything like Playbooks. Where does this information need to sit? On a deal custom field? Does the sales team have to individually fill out the customer responses to these questions? (typically we use deal custom fields at ActiveCampaign for this)
