Product catalogue sync or easy access

Does anyone know a way to easily have access to a product catalogue for use in email campaign other than automated campaigns?

An easy way to display list price, promotional price, link to product on page, stock, etc.

Hi there, Amy from ActiveCampaign’s Customer Experience Team. We’re just refreshing our forum page and I wanted to add some help here for anyone who comes across this page/question/post.

Please note: If you have a Shopify or WooCommerce integration on a Plus, Professional, or Enterprise plan with ActiveCampaign, you now have the option to insert a product catalogue block into campaign!

Before you can use this product, you will have to sync the product catalog for your store(s).

Shopify

You can sync the catalog in two ways:

  • Settings > Integrations > Shopify > Manage > Historical Sync
  • Drag and drop the catalog block into an email > Click on the block > Select the store > Select products manually > Select Products > Sync product catalog

This sync may take up to 24 hours.

WooCommerce

The catalog sync will need to be done in the ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce Plugin. Ensure the plugin is on version 1.9.2 or later.

  • Drag and drop the catalog block into an email > Click on the block > Select the store > Select products manually > Select Products > In the new modal go to the ActiveCampaign for WooCommerce plugin > Product Sync Page > Schedule Product Sync Jobs

This sync may take up to 24 hours.

Choosing Products for the Block

There are two ways to choose which products to show. You can choose products based on if they match set filters or manually chose which items to show.
