Problem with Tags

Hi,

I discover a few issues with tag

  1. In automation there are some steps. One of them is “add a tag” Most of the times Ac doesn’t put them
  2. I send mail excluding some contacts but AC doesn’t follow the rules and send the mail to everyone
  3. The condition “if” doesn’t work. The contacts follow the same path.

Is there anyone else who experiences the same issue?

I’ve been experiencing this issue for 4 months.

If applying a Tag in an automation or excluding via a conditional statement did not work there would be an uproar. It may be you are setting your conditional statement incorrectly (sometimes it is easy to overlook when to use ‘And’ or ‘Or’). We would need to see exactly what you are doing to determine why you are not getting the expected results. Perhaps you can post that in a reply.
