The Pricing plans do not make visible the number of active contacts allowed on each plan level. Your limitation is 100 contacts, but you don’t find that out until you try to import more. They ask you to upgrade, but again when you do on the lower level plans it still limits to 100. When you ask a chat rep, they then tell you the "active contacts"is visible for each pricing plan. After convincing them it’s not, they try to upsell you to a high priced Bundle plan.
All of this is a deceptive business practice. It’s used commonly in other businesses. I will make sure to report them to the BBB and other review sites.

You can clearly see and modify the contact limit and the resulting price while checking out the plan in Step 2.

When it comes to getting one of our plans, our Platform Pricing & Feature page is meant for you to determine the best plan for your business. Once you have it, you’ll need to select the one that fits better and select the amount of contacts you need. That is because you can update your contact plan while not changing your plan tier. For example, you can get a marketing plus plan and first get 1000 contacts, then 2500 and so son while still being on Marketing plus.
