Phone Integration with ActiveCampaign CRM - Looking for Beta Users

Hi guys,

My name is Andriy and Im the CEO of Nectar Desk and long time user of Active Campaign

Nectar Desk is an interactive Phone System and Call Center Software

As we are actively using AC CRM and Marketing Automation for our own sales process it was a no-brainer that we must create a decent integration between our Phone System and AC to increase productivity of sales guys as well as our support team

Now we have made this integration available for general public and we believe many of you may benefit out of this integration

Couple of Features we already have live:

  • Auto and Manual Log of Calls into AC. So lets say you dial your prospect then right after call is over we will Log call details as well as Call recording link to AC
  • Create Contact and Deals on the fly, right within Nectar Desk interface so you guys dont need to do manual input call notes in AC after the call is completed
  • Screen Pop with Caller Information based on Active Campaign records. On Inbound call is we find match of the phone number with one of your contact in Active Campaign we will display this information for you before you even answer the call

We are looking for Beta Users for this integration so if you think your sales/support team would benefit from this integration please send me a quick note and I’ll get you set up.

I’ll be glad to provide 70% off lifetime discount for the members of this community who will participate in our Beta.

@canaflora I’d be interested in a beta invite for this. I’ve been looking for either Ringcentral or Grasshopper ActiveCampaign integration and have thus far just been using Uberconference and manually logging calls in AC. We’ll be growing our salesforce for Pagely in Q1 next year and be looking to implement a cloud-based phone solution for our sales team at that time. I just checked out your pricing model and it seems within budget.
How long does the beta run for? I’m constrained a bit capacity-wise on allocating time to evaluation for this right now but would be very interested in seeing a demo and tinkering when I get time. sean dot tierney at pagely dot com if you can send a beta invite. thx!

Thanks @grid7. I have sent you an email to schedule a demo

Hi @canaflora,

I’d also be keen to try this out. I’ve set up a lot of clients with turboDial in Infusionsoft - mainly because there’s no viable call integration with AC just yet. I have a fair bit of experience working with clients that run call centres and have some awareness of the kinds of features that would be useful.

Cheers,

Andy

This is amazing. Watching this but not sure when I can test this for our clients since it’s contingent on the CRM functioning properly.

@canaflora Hi is this Beta Still available? I would be very interested in this integration

This looks really great!!! I’m a power user with multiple clients would love to test this if you’re still looking, let me know @canaflora

I’m interested in trying this out. We’ve been looking for a phone system our sales team could use instead of a traditional landline and mobile lines. Assuming your product is not only for call centres?

Hey @canaflora I’d love to try this out. May I have an invite to the beta test?

Hi @canaflora, I would also like to try the integration. Thanks!

I can’t recommend NECTAR DESK. Call quality is poor and the service is lacking. Lost more business in two month that would have paid for a better service for decades. They are a third party service so trying to port a number has been time consuming and frustrating.

I regret my decision to use their service.

I would like to try it. Here is my email, Would love to chat.

I’m disappointed I found this multiple years to late. In fact I’m surprised this is still up.
