Hello,

I know you can include custom field value in email message using the format %FIELDNAME%.

However, I would like to include the value of a SCORE in my message. The use case is that I am tracking how many emails were sent to a user each month and I will add something like “This is the Xth message you received this month so far”.

How can I dynamically insert the SCORE value of a contact into a message?

Hi @bozwel78,

That’s an awesome idea, but at this time there isn’t a way to do that. I have passed this on to our product team. Also, if you would like you can submit this as an idea to our team internally as well.
