Passing Hidden Fields

I am using AC Forms on a WordPress page. I want to pass the contents of a hidden field back to AC. I am being told that the only way is to use a URL. https://mysite.activehosted.com/f/1234?HIDDENFIELD=mydata

I am using the AC plugin to insert the form into WordPress, so there is no URL. And I do not want people clicking thru to the AC site.

Suggestions on how to pass the hidden field to AC without using the URL?

For any form where you need to pass data into the hidden field, please use the simple embed code with the hidden field section added to the URL, instead of the Wordpress plugin. You can use the short code from the Wordpress plugin for any other form, and will still have the benefit of site tracking set up for each page without the site tracking code.
