Over 80 emails sent in row by a single send email block

Hi. Not sure how I can report a bug or submit inquiry. So trying here.

For this contact https://micrologic.activehosted.com/app/contacts/290795 a single email block sent over 80 emails in row. How could that happen? How can we prevent that in future? The automation start block is set to “Run once”.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
