Option fields in Forms - how to add tags to segment contacts

Hi,

I want to add option fields to my form to segment my contacts and are able to send them more relevant emails depending on their selection (Fitness or Nutrition)
I’ve created custom option fields already but now I dont know where I can add a tag like “nutrition” or “fitness” to the new contact after they have made their selection.

You can do so with an automation. Trigger the automation on this particular form, then do an if/then to split people based on that field and add the appropriate tag in each path.
