Is there a way to do a one-way sync in ActiveCampaign with Salesforce? Basically, I do not want ActiveCampaign to edit Salesforce, but ActiveCampaign can be edited by Salesforce. And I also do not want ActiveCampaign to send back data to Salesforce. Is that possible?
You should be able to do this quite easily with Zapier:

We call it a one way sync and Emailpref. So if any contact information is updated in AC we send it directly to Salesforce (and vice versa) too.
you can check us out at emailpref.com
I have the same question. Is there a way to do a one-way sync with ActiveCampaign’s native Salesforce integration? Our organization would rather not layer on another (paid) platform. Because of the nature of our organization we can have multiple email addresses linked to the same contact record in Salesforce (i.e. one individual but they may be a volunteer, business contact, and program participant with three different emails.) We’ve noticed that with the native ActiveCampaign sync, ActiveCampaign has started creating duplicate contacts in Salesforce when a contact’s email address changes. Thank you!
Yeah, I hope they fix the sync coz it created a lot of issues on our records, like Account names get renamed, contacts moved to Anonymous. It’s a massive cleanup project for us, considering that we have only used ActiveCampaign for a year. So if someone knows a better way to manage it, I would be happy to try it out.
Do you happen to have non profit pricing? This looks interesting. I will look into this.
