Im am very very new at active campaign but i would love your assistance and to let me know if the below is possible -
I want to send a one-to-one personal email to a client when they move from “lead” deal stage to “quote” deal stage.
I will update the deal after i have a meeting with a potential lead and when i update the deal i would like a personal email to be sent from me saying “thank you for meeting with me blah blah blah” and for it to also have an attachment form which the client will need to fill out and return.
Is it possible to set up these automatic email triggers?
I’ve seen you can do something similar with the campaign option but i dont want the email to have the “unsubscribe” section at the bottom.
Any email that comes out of our platform needs to have the unsubscribe link, per the CAN-SPAM Act. However, you can set up a connection so that your email outside of ActiveCampaign still syncs on the contact record. This way, you’ll get the personal touch that you’re looking for. You can also set up an automation to create a task when the deal stage is updated, just so you don’t forget to email someone. The email from your regular account can also include the link to the form that they’ll need to fill out.
Otherwise, you can build an automation with an email that looks just like your personal email, but has the unsubscribe link at the bottom. The trigger for the automation would be the deal stage change.
