Old Contacts in Automation Queues

Hello,
I have started an old automation up again and notice that my new contacts are progressing through the automation and sitting in the queues which is great.
The problem I am having is that my old contacts are also sitting in the queues. I’m not sure why they are sitting in the queues in the first place. How can I refresh the queues to only show the new contacts?

Hi @amandacullity98380 and welcome to the forum! The old contacts will be sitting there because when you turned the automation off, all of the contacts “freeze” in place.
To flush them out, you can click on the “queue” number in the automation, which will bring up a list of the contacts sitting at that step in the automation. Then click “Edit all”, and then “Remove from an automation”, and specify the automation from the list.
