Nothing Happens After Email Automation Test [moved to support]

Hi. I would very much like some feedback on my current issue please.

I am testing my signup form and email automation by entering my email details from another email in another browser on my website.

When I send a test email from within the automation setup, it delivers fine…but when I test it from my website nothing happens. No subscription confirmation, nothing. When I check my email nothing arrives in neither my inbox or spam folder.

I have tried testing with other emails and even looking at my automation setup but can’t see what might be the issue.

Although we’d like to help, it’s going to be very difficult for us to know what the issue is without taking a look at your account, the automation, your website, etc.

To get this resolved I’d recommend submitting a support ticket. We have an excellent support team that will be able to look at the automation and your settings and let you know what the issue might be.
