Not seeing form data

Hello -

I created a form in ActiveCampaign and placed it in Unbounce. I have 2 submissions and when I click on the View Contact I see no information about the form in their contact record. I want to see the information they filled out, especially the check boxes I put in the form that pertained to specific interests.

Where can I find the information they entered?

Hi Josh!

Great question! When someone submits your ActiveCampaign form, the information should populate in their contact record, but you’ll need to check a couple of specific places:

For standard form fields (like name, email, phone): These will appear in the main contact details at the top of the contact record.

For custom fields (like your checkboxes for interests): Scroll down in the contact record to the “Fields” section. This is where you’ll see all custom field data, including which checkboxes they selected.
