No more SMS Credits - Notification?

Hi All!

We are starting with the SMS feature (nice and usefull !) and we would like to know if AC will notify us when we are runing out of credits.

Hi Fernando,

We currently notify customers when they go down to 50 SMS credits. You will receive an email notification from help@activecampaign.com that looks like this:

The email is only sent when you are down to 50 credits. If you are consistently under or over 50 credits, you will not receive the notification.

If you do need to add SMS credits, you can do so in your automations.
