No automtions works for us

We have made 7 simple automation to test it and no one works. Simple automation where we submit a form and after that send a Slack message. The contact information comes in but nothing happened in the automation.

I have tried to contact support two times. Now we have waited for 5 days and we didn’t get an answer.

Someone else has tried this and is there someone there can help us?
