Why is the reporting not giving accurate figures? All campaigns summary page can show open rate of one campaign 1,69% when actual is over 46%. Can t find any selection hot to see actual and real results summar as it was before.
Hey, @profiant ! We’ll definitely want to take a look at this - the expectation is that the new All Campaigns Performance report is consistent and accurate with the Individual Campaign report. Do you mind sharing the support ticket ID if you have already reached out about this issue? Else, please share the account URL (if you feel comfortable) so that I can review. Thanks!
We are having the same issue with the new reporting. My colleague tried to work with tech support, but they basically have said that the team is working on it with no time line.
Here are our issues:
- Everything is extremely slow when trying to pull up the metrics.
- We used to be able to see the sends, opens, overall clicks, and individual URL clicks. We can still see some of this, but I haven’t found a place for the opens. I only see the open rate.
- We used to be able to toggle the Apple privacy button to either include or exclude that opens/clicks. We were advised that there is still a filter option for this, but even using that toggle our numbers are skewed drastically. For example, we went from a 44% - 60% open rate to a 30% open rate. Our click rates are drastically lower as well.
- Our normal opt outs for each send are between 2-10 but since the reporting change they are now closer to 30-40. We are not sure if something else with the system has changed that is causing these higher numbers. We have not changed our list or send frequency.
I don’t have a ticket number but I have an email trail with the tech support team that outlines these concerns. We track and report our metrics very closely and the delays and discrepancies are impacting our business.
