Quick question: I segmented one list of mine in a way that I used the action option “has not entered automation X”. But then, when I sent one campaign, all of the subscribers that WERE on that automation ended up being emailed as well.
Am I missing something obvious? If the segment option was “people not on this automation”, how come they ended up being there?
I cannot think of any reason this would have happened.
Do you have a support ticket open? If not, will you open one here. Be sure to give them an example of a contact who was emailed but should not have met the conditions of the segment. The support team will be able to look at the contacts and your segment settings and see exactly why that happened.
