Manually moving contacts through an automation

Hi

I’ve created an automation for sending a webinar confirmation, reminder and then replay. Thing is one condition in the automation is wait for 17 November 12 pm for example to send the reminder email and then wait again until 17 November 5 pm to send the replay email. There are some that a entered the queue AFTER 12 pm and they are now sitting at the Wait for 17 November 12 pm condition to be met but it has passed that time…

How do I manually move them through the automation so that they receive the replay?

Hello Heba,

You can change the condition where peole is queued to “wait 5 minutes” (minimum time), so the e-mails will be sent in 5 minutes. I hope it helps.

But what do you set the initial condition at ? I am unsure what I would even put as the initial condition?

Hello Heba, with this condition, just change the day number to today (when you change it) and the e-mails will be sent. It’s the easiest thing you can do.
