Hi, I’m having a problem with a ghost form left by MailChimp on my Facebook page. I’m with ActiveCampaign now, and I can’t put an AC signup form on my page because the ghost form blocks it. I’ve tried everything suggested by Facebook and MailChimp. MailChimp acknowledges it’s their issue, but they say it isn’t a priority to remove it (possibly because I’m not a customer anymore). Facebook says they can’t touch it. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem or has any suggestions on removing the ghost form. Thanks!

As this is a Mailchimp form blocking a Facebook page, only Mailchimp or Facebook could resolve this either by deleting the form or removing it from the Facebook page. I’m afraid ActiveCampaign would not have access to this. To resolve this you will need to continue pursuing the matter with both MailChimp and Facebook Support.
