Log emails in AC via BCC?

This is EXACTLY right! Why does email sync with our subscribers customers and vendors not function? But the functionality exists on the deal record , so frustrating.

Our team has to jump back and forth from gsuite to AC to manage our customers 1:1 emails

The two-way syncing & enhanced emailing capabilities from the contact record page is something that is currently top of mind. We are working on the design phase right now :grinning:

If you have any other suggestions, don’t forget to submit it to ideas.activecampaign.com

I’ve turned on this option, but it’s not synced at all. How to perform that?
