I need to cleanup my list… so I have tagged contacts that haven’t opened emails for 90 days as “Disengaged”

I have also made an automation for “disengaged” contacts, to receive a last chance email to stay subscribed.

It appears to work perfect in testing

… but if a contact gets tagged as “disengaged” a 2nd time (if they re-engage, then don’t open emails for another 90 days and get tagged "disengaged), the automation won’t run again.

See screenshot… am I missing something here?

Hi again, Lee! Can you check to see if the trigger of the automation is set to “runs once”? It should be set to “multiple times”. Let me know!
