Lightspeed Webshop Connection to ActiveCampaign

Hi Guys,

I couldn’t find a standard connection in the Lightspeed webshop. Do any of you know if there is a standard intergration between Lightspeed (Webshop) & Active Campaign?

We don’t have a native integration for LightspeedHQ right now, but we the ecommerce deep data API is available to use for custom development.

If you don’t have an available developer, you could try reaching out to one of our certified consultants - http://www.activecampaign.com/consultants/

I would suggest making a request to https://ideas.activecampaign.com/ so that we can get it considered for production.

Hi Jurre!

Did you create the custom integration of Active Campaign with your Lightspeed Shop? If yes, can you provide any feedback on that?

I’m asking because we are currently evaluating different shop systems. Integration with Active Campaign is a strong requirement.

Hi Chris,

Yeah we created the Ecommerce API to our Lightspeed webshop.

I need to check with my development team for the specific details, will update this next week.

What i got back was the following:

  • Speed issues with importing data
  • Ecommerce contacts are not ActiveCampaign Contacts
  • Some issues with gettting data in the correct position

But all in all it works great!
