Integrating Active Campaign with Help Scout - help needed! (moved to support)

Hi there - we are trying to integrate Active Campaign with Help Scout to achieve the following:

  • All data in AC is visible in Help Scout
  • All data in Help Scout is visible in AC

It seems to only be possible via Zapier to push data from one to the other if an action or trigger happens, such as a contact being emailed on Help Scout.

Does anyone know how we can make this possible?

Did you ever work this out?

I’m looking into creating a custom app to display AC data in Help Scout, right now.

Zapier isn’t able to do this. FuzedApp has an integration, but it only creates a link back to the customer record in AC, but doesn’t display any data in Help Scout.

@rmpproperty Hi Rachel,

You can use integration with PieSync to create a 2-way contact sync in near-real time (contacts are synced every 5 minutes). That means your data (contacts) will be updated automatically both in AC and in Help Scout.
