I want to start an automation to remind people didn’t confirm their opt-in but I don’t know how to do it.

I don’t know how to start because I don’t find the right option. Please, can you help me?

Hi @soniamolinas,

You can’t send automated messages to people who haven’t confirmed their opt in, unfortunately. You would have to do this manually per person (resend the opt in). Here is a help doc. with more information on how to do this.
