It has been over a week and no one from the customer support/service team has been able to help me. I got on a call with the Customer Support Manager and still not solution. However, he did confirm it was not user error, and there seems to be something really wrong with my account. None of contacts are matching up correctly, I can’t put contacts in automations, automations aren’t working, my newsletter contact list isn’t correct, it is just a mess.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!! I can’t do anything with my account until it is fixed and it has already been one week. Who can escalate this issue for me?
