I have used the import process and I noticed that the upload didn’t work there. In the Chrome DEV tools, I could see that the problem is probably not due to the file, but rather a general problem. Every time I click on “Import” or switch to the page, I get an error message.
Uncaught TypeError: this._each is not a function

After clearing the cache and logging in again, the import worked once more, but then the error reappeared. So it seems that the import only works once…
Thanks for reaching out, @svenjonasroe! It sounds like you are unable to initiate more than one contact import via CSV file during a single user session…is that correct? If you haven’t already, you might want to try incognito mode - when you do, are you able to perform more than import in a session, or do you still experience the same error? The short answer is that the particular message you are seeing in console logs should not prevent you from completing an upload.
When you visit the import page, you will see a link to “View Recent Imports.” When you click that, is your import listed there at all? If it was logged, you should see a link so you can click in and see if there was a reason information in your import did not result in updated contacts.
This sounds like something we would want to help take a closer look at - can you follow up with us at help@activecampaign.com to share your account url, a short recording of what you’re seeing with the console logs open in your browser, and the version of Chrome you are using? That will help us assist you in taking a closer look! Sorry you’re having trouble with this - I hope the recommendations I shared will help you resolve this, but if not, please reach out to us so we can help you investigate this more!
