How to track visiting device and display in reporting?

Does AC track visiting device? If so, where is it found?

From previous posts I have discovered how to search contacts by visiting device, however, in my case, it returns one result for mobile and one for desktop (of 12,000ish contacts)—so I’m pretty sure it’s not tracking properly or the search is based on other criteria.

Any suggestions on how I can get this information or if it’s even possible?

Hi @vivanext,

We don’t have a way to track a visiting device. You might want to try Google Analytics.

Though, I don’t think it would attribute the data to any specific contacts.
