How to tell which Subscribers got multiple copies of an Email (or are >100% through an Automation)

I’ve got some logic error (I assume) causing a loop in an automation.
I’m currently trying to debug it but when I get it debugged, I want to notify the affected users an apologize.

Any way to filter down to the users that happened to?
