Our organization is in the process of setting up our CRM with ActiveCampaign. I understand the current AC structure is Accounts > Contacts > Deals.
We are an organization that sells to companies with multi-layered relationship. For example:
- National Head Office (Grandparent)
- Regional Head Office (Parent)
- Local Franchise (Child)
How are people setting up their CRM when dealing with multi-layered organizations?
Given the CRM structure is limited to Accounts > Contacts > Deals, what workarounds (tags? custom fields?, naming structure?) are people using to make it work within AC.
