Hi I am a clinic. I wanna set up Automation to send out reminder two hours before appointment time to our patients on the appointment date. Could you please teach how to do it?
Every patient has different appointment time. I will send out a reminder two hours before his appointment time. But, did not find a way to do so.

Unfortunately, I do not think this is possible at the moment if you are using a date/Time Custom field for the appointment time.
There is the option to have wait conditions based on number of days before/after but that is only for Date fields, not Date/Time.
I am hoping someone else can prove me wrong, but I have a feeling that it is not possible.
