I have sent a e-mail via AC to a contact in the deal. There are cases where the e-mail is not opened or just not replied. I would like to reply to the contact with the e-mail i already sent but cannot find “forward” or “reply” button there. How can i reply with the previous content in the e-mail body?

I could be wrong, but what you’re asking for is functionality you would find in an email client…which AC is not. AC can send campaigns and individual emails (and track opens/replies), but pretty sure you can’t find an email you sent and “forward/reply” like you would in an email client like Gmail/Outlook/etc. If you want to be able to do that, I’d suggest working out of Gmail/Outlook and then linking to AC via Chrome extension.
Thank you for reply. I was just wondering if I could keep my customer communication all in one place as it would be really valuable from CRM point of view. If Outlook integration will do that work then I will give it a try.
