If I upload a .csv file and do NOT check “update existing records”, does this guarantee the existing records will be skipped if a duplicate is found?
I exported my list, made some changes and added a few more, want to just upload back but I DON’T want my existing contacts touched - I want them skipped so that only the new ones are added. Since I added several hundred, this can’t be done manually.

Hey! Sorry we missed this when it was originally published, but in the spirit of providing insight on this question, I’ll be happy to take a look!
When it comes to the “update existing records” option, if it is checked the data from the CSV file will override any data that exists in the contacts record for any columns being mapped over to ActiveCampaign fields. On the other hand, if unchecked, the data from the CSV file won’t override any data.
