How to branch automation after the 10th subscriber?

Hello Everyone,

I’d like to send a special email sequence to the first 10 subscribers of a leadmagnet and then send the subsequent subscribers to another email sequence.

I was thinking about usin gthe conditional step in an automation, but I don’t see which condition to use ? (it would be the number of contacts that went through the automation)

Any ideas ?

Hi,

Yes, it would be a Split action with a Conditional split and then you’d set it to send the first 10 subscribers down path A, then the rest will go down path B:

You could build out Path B in the same automation, or you could build it out the sequence in its own separate automation and begin it with a “Start other automation” action. This might keep the automation smaller and more manageable.
