How to backup email messages?

Is there a way to backup email messages in AC? Thanks!

Hey sonalpandey,

Biannca here from our CX team, sorry we missed this when it was originally published.

In the spirit of providing insight on this question, there is still no way to backup Campaign/automation messages in ActiveCampaign. I would submit this as an idea at ideas.activecampaign.com, if you haven’t done so yet :slight_smile:.

There are two potential workarounds you can look into:

  1. Save your emails as templates and copy the share link into an external document so you have records of your templates. For more information on creating templates, see our help guide.

  2. Save the emails as a PDF/HTML (by right clicking on your screen and utilizing the “Save As” feature on your browser to save the email.
