How to allow multiple use of a contact form

I find that if a client uses our contact form ( which puts their text into our ‘Message’ field ) more than once, the Message field is overwritten. We need to be able to keep a record of what has been asked previously via the form. Any suggestions?

Hey there! Sorry we missed this when it was originally published, but in the spirit of providing insight on this question, I’ll be happy to take a look!

As of right now, we don’t have a direct way to track previous forms fields/details once a form has been submitted several times. As a workaround, you can set up an additional automation that adds a note with the responses every tine the form is submitted. This will allow you to still have access to those previous responses through the notes section of your contacts.
