I would like to add geo information about a contact when I add them manually to the system using the “+ Contact” form. Possible?

The geo information is pulled in from the contacts IP address. So, if you are manually entering the contact it would not be possible to add geo information. If you know their specific location, a work around might be to add a custom field with their location, which you can add manually to a contact profile.

Biannca here from our CX team, I wanted to add on top of Perry’s last message for anyone that comes across this post in regards about how we capture the contact’s ‘geo-location’.
In short we capture their location based on where they interact with your content. However this data maybe misleading if the end user has a security blocking software, VPN, etc. There’s more information in this guide if curious.
If you want to capture the contact’s true location and segment with that data, then you can create custom fields to capture the "true’ location via a form.
