How to add bulk options to a dropdown type custom field?

Hi community! I’m trying to create a “Where are you from” dropdown custom field, but I really don’t want to enter/copy-paste all the countries out there one-by-one into the options field. Is it possible to maybe bulk edit or copy/paste from an external source?
