I’m Maria and I’m currenly building an automation for our consulting business. Whilst working the platform, I have one question that I though it would be quicker for me to see if someone here already knows the answer.
How does ActiveCampaign perceives time? Here’s an example of what I mean:
If I set a waiting period to be Continue automation if Workshop_Date (custom field) is current date plus 3. Imagine that current date is 28/05, will the automation run when the workshop is the 31/05 or 1/06?
Is it full whole days, then the 4th day is when the workshop date needs to be? or is it on the third day (independently if that day has completed i’ts 24 hours)?
